Day 1 VLCD

Today is my first day of VLCD for R5. I am so ready to get the rest of this weight off. I am dropping down to 6 drops 3x a day. If I feel that I am getting too hungry, I will up my drops. I did 4 days of loading. Yesterday I was just unprepared to start VLCD. Today was much better. I started preparing my food for the next few days. I also bought some turkey burgers. I just cut them down to 3oz before I grilled them. Yum. Anyway, I will update tomorrow. Hopefully I will see a nice loss tomorrow. I always love the first few days of VLCD because the load weight just falls off. Wahoo!!! Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th!

New Round w HHCG

I am trying HHcg this round. I have definitely been eating what I want. I am back up to 217.7 this morning. I just took my first dose of 10 drops. I figure this weekend will be the best time to start... BBQs, BBQs, BBQs. I am kind of on the fence in regards to homeopathic but hopefully I will be successful like many of you have been. I have given myself a goal. I turn 29 in November. I want to be at my goal weight of 160-165 by then. Also, I know with homeopathic I can go for longer rounds. I did order from ADC. I will use this bottle of homeopathic until my order arrives. Actually, I plan on finishing the bottle then switching. Hopefully I will be able to go for 80 days that way. I remember when I first started, I went for 60 days. We will see if I can do 80. I may get sick of it by then though. Lol If I can go that long then I should be able to get down to goal weight, if not extremely close, in one round. I'm ready to be skinny for my bday. =o)

Mr S and I adopted a cat the other day. Well, actually a kitten. He is a tuxedo and super cute. We call him Apollo because Apollo was the Greek god of music. I love that. He has a personality and is all over the place. Lol of course, I am sure he will mellow out as he gets older. He is only 11 weeks. My roommate and her bf also got another dog so now we have 2 dogs and a cat at the house. I have yet to introduce Apollo to the dogs. It should be interesting. Ok, back to work. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and is doing well on their weight loss journey. Time for breakfast. Happy 4th of July!!!

Homeopathic...

Not sure when ADC switched to only accepting Visa cards but now IDK what I am going to do. I don't have a Visa card at all. Everything that I have is either MC or Amex. *sigh* So, I will be switching to homeopathic until I figure out where I can get the real stuff without paying an arm and a leg. They already get you with their shipping. Anyway, I had 2 successful days off. I have officially de-cluttered my living space. I went on a shredding party. Two hours of shredding. Then I reorganized my storage area in the basement as well as my room. I will be the first to say that I did my spring cleaning in the summer. I kept putting it off and putting it off but it is done now. Yipee!!! I still can not comment on anyone's blog and I have yet to figure out why. From what I am reading, everyone is doing well though. Stay on track and stay focused!!! Hopefully I see some posts from those of you that I have been following for the past year. It's been a while. Update us!!! Happy releasing.

Agh!

I can't comment! This is driving me nuts. I have tried everything. Hmmm.

Well, on another note. Down 4lbs. So excited. I have also decided that I want to do a 5k this year. There is one going on at the end of October. I am going to get the bf on the wagon as well. It will be fun and I think it is a great goal to work towards. Anyway, going to go read up on the updates that I have.

Sorry for the lack of comments! If anyone knows how to fix it. Let me know. =o)

What the?! Blogger...

Blogger is being weird. It doesn't show me as signed in when I try to leave comments for people. IDK. Anyway, day is going well. Made a few days worth of food yesterday. Broiled tilapia and steak plus stocked up on fruits and veggies. Definitely looking forward to the loses that I should experience this week. It feels good to be back in it. =o) Anyway, time to get back to checking up on everyone. Hope everyone is having a nice weekend.

NYC... Japan... No Onederland

I never thought life could get more crazy. OMG. I am constantly on the go, go, go. Let me give everyone a rundown of the last three weeks... Deep breath. LOL

Here I go... I was in NYC for a week. I flew up on a Tuesday, had class/training for three days then Mr S joined me for the weekend. We had a blast. We ate and drank and shopped... And shopped. I got some super awesome things for my godson at F.A.O Schwarz. I can't wait to give them to him. Yes, we saw the GIANT piano. Needless to say, protocol, including Onederland, went right out the window. I did try to eat in moderation but EVERYTHING is bigger in NYC. LOL. I am currently working at getting back on track. No matter how often I stumble, I REFUSE to give up. =o) We came back on from NYC on Sunday and that brings me into this current week...

Mr S was suppose to fly out to Japan tomorrow, Saturday. I was getting ready to head home yesterday and received an email letting me know that his flight had changed. Crunch time. I ended up staying at his place, getting all of his uniforms together and laundry done. It was a never ending task but I broke through. You all know how guys will wait until they have 50 loads of laundry to do or they run out of socks. LOL At least the apartment is clean when I decide to stay there and when he comes home. Oh, and packing would not have been such a huge task if he was not going to be gone for three weeks.

What else happened this week... Class registration opened up for the fall on Monday. I am down for 15 units. My German class will be the hardest, I think. Everything else should be pretty easy... Psych, Soc, Germ, and Intro to Travel. I am pretty sure that I will ace the travel class. I mean, I have worked in the travel industry for five years now. I am so thankful that I have enough financial aid to cover my entire year plus I will be able to get a new laptop for school. I like my netbook but I can not do school work on it; especially for four online classes; plus there is not cd drive. I just hope that I do not overload myself.

Oh... I almost forgot the most important part... My new goddaughter, Chloe arrived!!! She is so cute and small. I am excited to meet her and see how much like her mom she is. She is going to be a handful. Girls are definitely different from boys when it comes to growing up.

So I am sticking to my guns when it comes to protocol especially since Mr S is gone. He does not come back until July which gives me plenty of time to get back to Onederland and then some. He is also trying to lose a few pounds, so I told him that when he comes back we are going full force together. He will not be doing protocol though. He is doing his own thing. It will be nice to lose together. Well, time for me to head off to bed. I have to work early in the morning. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and that you all are maintaining/releasing or getting back to where you need to be, like me.

ONEDERLAND!!!!!!

YAHOOOOOOOOOOO!!! This has been a long time coming. Oh how happy I was to get on the scale this morning and finally be in Onederland!!! 199.3lbs It has been a hard battle but I made it!!! It can only go downhill from here. LOL Seriously though, I am sooo stoked. I am going to keep plugging along until I reach my goal. This was just one of the biggest ones. I will post some pictures soon. Probably next week actually. I have a lot of things to do on my days off. Need to keep busy while the bf is away. He comes home Saturday AM, so I am going to meet him at the airport. He says I should sleep but I'll work something out. A week is a long time. Hell, he has only been gone 2 days and I miss him like crazy, but it is work. He can't get out of it and I understand completely. Just bumming. Anyway, time to go check up on everyone. Happy releasing!!
